How do I place an order?
Browse the online marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes, LA OL supports multi-vendor checkouts. Items from different vendors will be shipped separately.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you ordered from multiple vendors, each shipment will have its own tracking code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay Each vendor sets their own return policy. Return conditions are visible on the product page and during checkout. If a vendor hasn’t specified one, EU consumer protection laws apply by default.
What if something I receive is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@la-ol.de with photos and your order number. We’ll mediate the return or refund process with the vendor.
How do I properly take pictures and describe my product for sale?

Who can become a vendor on LA OL?
LA OL´ is a curated marketplace. We welcome applications from independent designers, vintage curators, and artists with a strong visual identity and professional presentation, as well as commercial accessory companies.
How do I apply to become a vendor?

What are the seller fees?
LA OL´ retains a 15% commission on each sale and fee for payment transaction that should be collected by the Stripe system (https://stripe.com/en-de/pricing). No listing , no subscription fees, vendors get free marketing during 3 months.
What’s the process after my application is accepted?
You'll receive an onboarding package with visual and editorial guidelines (the "La Ol’ Markt Standards Presentation"). You can begin uploading products.
Do I need professional photos?
Yes. All product listings must meet our visual standards to ensure a consistent look. Refer to the provided onboarding document for guidance or contact our support team for help.
Who handles shipping?
Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping their own products. You must provide a shipping policy and estimated delivery times.
How are returns handled?
You set your own return policy, but it must comply with EU consumer rights.
